Get in touch with Big Sky Resilience about a correction, a question, or a suggestion. An independent Montana public-information project on ACEs and resilience.

Big Sky Resilience is an independent public-information project based in Montana. If you have a question about something on this site, a correction, or a suggestion for a topic we have missed, we would be glad to hear it.

Before you write

We cannot help in an emergency. If a child is in immediate danger, or if you or someone else is in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional right away. This site is not monitored continuously and is not a crisis service.

We cannot give advice about your situation. We are not clinicians and do not provide medical, psychological or legal advice. For questions about a specific child, a diagnosis, or your own history, a family doctor, school counsellor or licensed mental-health professional is the right person to ask. The resources page lists organisations that maintain public directories, including SAMHSA directories of mental-health and substance-use services.

We do not run programmes. We cannot arrange presentations, training, volunteers or referrals, and we do not maintain a list of local practitioners. See about this project for what this site is and is not.

How we handle what you send

Messages sent through this form are used only to answer the message. We do not add senders to a mailing list, we do not sell or share what arrives, and we do not publish correspondence. Please still keep the form free of anything sensitive: it is an ordinary web form, not a secure or confidential channel, and it is not an appropriate place to describe a child's circumstances or your own health history.

Corrections get priority. If you can point to a published source that contradicts something written here, that is the most useful message you can send, and we would rather update a page than defend it. Where a correction changes the substance of a claim, we say so on the page rather than editing quietly.

Good reasons to get in touch

  • A factual correction, especially with a source we can check
  • A broken link or a page that will not load
  • A topic in this area you think deserves a page
  • A question about where a claim on this site came from
